Phones ordered before 4pm will be delivered on the following working day between 7.30am and 9pm. If you order your phone before noon on a Sunday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Your order will delivered by courier so you’ll need to be available to sign for the parcel.
Tracking your order
Once you’ve placed your order, O2 will send you emails about the progress of delivery, to tell you when it’s dispatched and when it’s expected to arrive. Once O2 has emailed your parcel number, you can track your order through your My O2 account.
If your order if going to be delayed, O2 will notify you via email. This may be the case if:
- your order is placed over a Bank Holiday
- there is a sudden stock shortage
- your delivery address is more remote (Highlands, islands, etc)
Choose the delivery time and day
You can specify which day you would like your phone delivered, at no additional cost.
It is also possible to specify whether you would like your phone delivered before 10.30am on a working day or before noon on a Saturday, for an extra cost of £10.20.
Click and collect
Alternatively, you can select the option to collect your new phone yourself from your nearest store. Simply select Click and Collect at the checkout and use the store locator to choose your nearest store.
