Refurbished phones have been previously sold but returned to us under O2 Returns Policy
Reasons for return may include (and are not limited to):
- Someone exercising their Statutory Rights
- Customers changing their mind after their purchase
- Sales experience
They're rigorously tested to make sure they look and perform like new
All phones that go through the refurbishment process have a full factory reset performed as standard. Any cosmetic damage or damaged parts are completely reworked, refurbished or replaced, meaning your refurbished phone will come to you in the best condition possible.
You are covered by the same returns policy as a new phone
All refurbished phones still covered under O2's normal returns policy, so you get the normal 7 days 'cooling off period' to return your phone if you change your mind about it, or 28 days if you find a fault with it, just as you could with a normal phone. This does not affect your statutory rights. Not only this, but you'll also still get the full 12 month manufacturer's warranty on all Apple phones, and 3 months manufacturer's warranty on any other make.
